Bath is simply one of the most popular and sought-after tourist attractions in the United Kingdom. Located at the southeast of Bristol and west of London, the city is situated among surrounding hills and the River Avon valley, where hot springs are naturally occurring. Bath Spa train station runs regular services to and from London and Bristol. Because Bath is an affluent city, it is harder to find and buy discount property units at below market value. In general, property prices in the city usually exceed those of the national average. Residential property stock is mostly comprised of semi-detached and detached homes, with flats comprising a good portion of available inventory.
