The WPI team has a good mixture of knowledge and experience within the market. Everything from development, property management, refurbishment, overseas property purchasing and financially qualified advise. Along with running WPI we are also property investors ourselves and you will find that many of the developments we offer have also been bought by members of the team. We do thorough research on properties and developments before we send them to market and will not offer anything to our investors that we didn’t feel would be of interest to our selves.

There have been much bad press recently regarding property clubs and we certainly do not want to fall into that category. We try and be as transparent and realistic as possible and there is certainly no hard sale on our behalf. You cant really do enough research when investing so WPI will always recommend you carry our your own due diligence and see for yourself.
